Personality: Menda was a very kind a caring person always putting others needs before his own even into most of his adulthood. This caused him to fail the academy multiple times due to him focusing on what people need to much and not training. He was forced to put this caring nature aside to pass the academy which just ate him up inside but when he finally actually focused on training and learning whatever was needed to progress through the academy they actually saw how much potential he had and placed him in the chunnin to make up for all his failing.
Menda was sent on a mission to drop off a scroll in another village and he made it there safely but on his way back he happened to pass a man in very colorful clothing who had a headband as if he were a ninja. The man was lying against a tree just staring at menda he had no idea how to react so he offered to help him. The man in colorful clothing said nothing in response and just told him to follow him if you want to have power beyond his wildest dreams. menda followed now knows he would be forced into a cult being that he was 20 his aging came to a halt and his attitude completely changed from what it used to be. He was now a sneaky and demented person with a love of blood being forced into this cult put him in almost a psychotic state.
General Appearance
Basic looks 
Menda wears very vibrantly colored clothing that can't blend in no matter where he is making him stand out in a crowd and even in nature which is what he wants. Even though he wears this brightly colored clothing that contrasts his pale skin he is still able to disappear into thin air in a matter of moments.
Menda has long white hair that hangs down to his waist all of it straightened besides two pieces one on either side of his head that instead of going back towards his backside the two strands of hair hang down looking almost like antennae. Menda has extremely pale skin the same color as his white hair making it look like he has no hair line and also brightly colored make up which varies depending on what color he wants to wear. Menda has legs and arms that are longer then usual and has a slightly muscular build that is covered by the brightly covered clothing he wears. Mendas outfit consists of multiple different pieces of clothes put together to form one extremely colorful garb. The first piece of the garb that attracts the eyes of others is the baby blue right shoulder which is the shape of a birds feather that has random splotches of light green on it that vary in size and do not show up in a specific pattern directly underneath the feather shaped shoulder piece is a puffy purple circular piece of fabric that covered from directly below his shoulder blade to his elbow the shoulder piece also has stripes of brown in random areas on it as well. From his elbow down to his finger tips is a long glvoe with a piece of metal on the top of the glove part that usually has the symbol of the village he is in ingraved in it. Around is neck is four pieces of fabric in the shape of flower petals one that is red with green lining, one that is black with yellow lining, one that is blue with purple lining, one that is pink with grey lining. The petals are put into an X shape around his two being on the right side and two being on the left side one of either side of his shoulders. He also has one large yellow feather sticking from the top of his head about three feet in length with two smaller feathers about half the size one being purple and the other being blood red. His left shoulder is three feather shaped pieces of cloth that overlap each other that sit in between the two petals that are on the left side. The overlapping pieces of cloth are dark blue, black, and red in that order the blue one being the one that shows the most. These three overlapping fabrics stretch down to his elbow but he does not have a glove of any type on his left arm only his pale flour colored skin. His torso is a a red color that looks almost metalic with white polka dots in random spots.
Starting at his waist menda has what looks like a cape wrapped around his waist that stretches only about 1/4 of an inch from the ground making it look like it is brushing the ground when he walks. The cape is yellow on the outside and grey on the inside the cape wrapping around to almost completely cover his legs. He wears tights that are a bright red color and shoes that curve up and are pointed at the end and a light brown color in color. His eyes are blood red in color and seem to glow in the dark.

Description: The dark jesters are more of a cult then anything that requires five sacrifices to initiate anyone into the cult. The new comer will lay into a circle with a star in it one appendage on the point of each star. The throat of the five sacrifices are then slit and their blood is dripped onto each appendage of the newcomer and they will all begin to chant. The circle and the star will grow a blood red color as spikes impale the person in the circle filling their body with the psychotic attitude and special abilities that the other dark jesters share as well.
This clan is unable to age due to the initiation that requires them to link to what they think is a god named bahamut. Their clan is a user of special manipulation of materials and elements allowing them to transform things into something else related to it using chakra and that item. This process completely transforms the item into something else for example using chakra to make a small bomb a much larger and more powerful bomb. This process does use chakra each time and the more of the medium that the user has is the less chakra he must use. If one was to say transform a drop of water into a large cloud of mist that would be equal to an A ranked jutsu but if they were to have a large body of water it would only use minimal jutsu and be equal to a E ranked technique which means that this clan really has no set ranks for their jutsu as it all depends on the medium they are given.
Eye of Sorrow
This is the inactive stage of the doujutsu ability that the clan possess the ability simply increases the strength of genjutsu making it so that the one trapped in the genjutsu MUST inflect pain on themselves to get free once trapped into a genjutsu of the user which requires them to do more then a pinch it usually requires them to at least leave a visible wound on their body.
Eye of Illusions
This stage of the doujutsu keeps its former ability but also adds the ability to trap the enemy in genjutsu when the enemy looks at them at all no matter where on the body they look. Also if the user activates a genjutsu it will stay active until someone becomes trapped in it.
Eye of Death
This is the most powerful and final stage of the doujutsu that the clan can use. It turns the eyes completely black and leaves a black cross on the eyes of the user and the person trapped in it. This ability activates an extremely powerful genjutsu that traps both the user and the person he or she looks at in the an immobilizing genjutsu that keeps both the user and other person trapped in it for at least three universal posts. Neither of the ones trapped in the genjutsu cannot snap out of it and only menda can snap them both out of it after the three posts.

History/Rp Sample Rp Sample:The day was young and the mothman was determined to find someone to entertain him for the day. He had managed to slip away from suna and the anbu leader to find something more interesting that village being one of the most boring he had been in. Since the new kazekage had taken over his kind had inhabited the village and felt to him like zombies and he tried his best to avoid the village. He fluttered through the air his colorful wings being seen by anyone within a 15 foot radius. He was heading towards kiri his feelers picking up a large amount of chakra his large red glowing eyes scanning the area constantly using the hundreds of small eyes in the large clusters to search must more quickly. Even though he was a moth humanoid he used his moth attributes as if he had always been born with them his human being very dominant. He also wore his anbu mask on the stop of his head his feelers working like radars through the eyes of his anbu mask. He was flying high above the land his large eyes being strong enough to see the ground even up at about a 30 foot height and with the mist drifting around the area which was the instant indication that he was nearing kiri.
He began to grow closer and closer to the large amount of chakra as he neared it he realized that it was not one person with a large amount of chakra but two. He landed a good distance away so that they would not be able to see him and shrouded his naked body with his large wings it creating a cloaked look around him covering his body and wrapping his head up hiding his feelers and most of his face. His color wings made it look like he was wearing a robe of all different shades of blues, greens, and reds. He stuck his hand into the top of the cloak where is feelers were shifting his hand multiple times trying to slip his feelers through the holes again so he could place his mask on his face. He had difficulty getting them out at first but when he had finally separated his mask and his feelers he slowly pulled the mask down to his face the mask only slightly covering his large eyes tugging his wings down further over his head to make it look like his mask fit his face perfectly. The red glowing of his eyes could be seen behind the mask but that was all. The mask looked like a fox with the symbol for suna on the forehead which fit him well very sneaky but at the same time always happy.
He slowly began to approach the two which were near what looked like a body of water stopping when only the body water separated them at first not saying anything for a moment just looking at them scanning them for a moment. The first man that caught his eye was had white hair something he admired very much even though his body was covered in white hair. His blue what looked like armor also very interesting the first thing that he could think was that he had to have something to do with ice which was just an accusation he could be wrong and wasen't planning on finding out. The other man was wearing something eh found rather odd a orange t-shirt with black tight pants and a hat a combination he had never seen before. They both carried swords in their hands and being from the mist they would most likely be two of the legendary swordsman but he had no idea he was never interested in swords or kenjutsu he preferred to stick with his bugs and ninjutsu.
"I mean you no harm i am an anbu from the sand village."
Mothman had a very deep voice that was also raspy something that had happened to him after he was transformed which he found rather odd he had a soft voice before most people thinking automatically he was kind and preferred not to fight but now his voice could easily scare small children rather confused why the transformation had a side effect on his voice something he always thought about when he talked but quickly drifted away after a few moments. After saying that the mothmans feet became covered in blue chakra as he stepped across the water as most ninja could do easily his hands in the air to make sure the two knew he was not trying to attack them. The two swords seemed very intimidating and if they were legendary swordsman it would be extremely stupid if he would have just ran to them and started to talk. He continued to walk slowly taking around five minutes to arrive on the other side of the body of water which would normally take seconds due to his speed. After making it next to the odd man wearing the orange t-shirt he chuckled his very deep voice echoing underneath the mask.
"What brings you two to a place like this from the looks of it you are skilled swordsman shouldn't you be elsewhere?"
His deep raspy voice once again boomed sounding almost like their was a hiss to it as well looking from the man in the orange t-shirt to the man wearing the blue armor. His mind again pondered how his voice became this way shaking his head slightly to stop day dreaming and pondering what can never be understood and return to the conversation he was having with the two in front of him.
History: Childhood Arc: During the early eyears of suna the village had to put some of the weaker ninja families in a small village near suna when they were expecting children. This was due to suna being overpopulated after being created. Mendas mother and father happened to be some of the weak ninjas that were placed in the village as menda was born. They did not have room for many more children that were going to be going to the academy and being trained and being that his mother and father were low ranked ninjas the kazekahe forced them to raise menda in the small village. The village had an academy like suna but gave the children muuch less information and had lower standards. Menda's mother and father had wanted him to be a ninja both of them being rather pushovers were bad ninjas always getting helping others around the village instead of doing missions or training causing them to never improve and they both had been stuck at the rank of B for years. They however wanted menda to be a much greater ninja then the both of them were and trained him constantly always pushing him to train and learn the thing that they had learned in suna. Being around the age of four he had already been taught what most of the academy students learned and he soaked it up very well. He was a very intellegent his brain being years more developed then it should be. His parents continued to teach him things that they knew but people around the village began to ask him for help and just like his parents he couldn't refuse. He began to help people more then he practiced his ninja skills he was learning causing him to get behind in his training but he felt that helping people around the village was better then becoming a ninja. He easily passed the academy that was there on in the village and was then sent to suna where he would be enrolled in the academy there.
Academy Arc: The academy in the small village was much easier to pass because he didn't have to have those basic skills mastered but here he would have to master them. He found this as a hassle and tried to do it but still spent more of his time helping others causing him to fail his first year of the academy. His parents were very disappointed in him and tried to tell him how being a ninja would be helping all of the people in the village even more if he became agreat ninja which they knew he could. The next time he was in the academy he tried his best using the skills he was taught by his parents in the small village his teacher was very suprised and requested that he be promoted to chunnin instead of gennin after being the academy. The kazekage was skeptical but decided to see for himself if he deserved it. The kazekage was suprised that a child would be able to use jutsu with ease and fight with such high skill. He had already surpassed his parents learning what they and taught him and more from others and he was only age 20 being promoted to a chunnin.
Chunnin Arc: As a chunnin he felt that he would never be able to improve. He had no bloodline like others did meaning he had no special jutsu that he could call his own or special abilities at this point. He continued to do ninja missions that were higher then chunnin rank with ease because he had still been training and practicing but the kazekage felt that he wasen't ready just yet to become a jounnin he had one more challange for him. He planned to send him out of a solo S ranked mission and actually didn't expect him to come back. The kazekage wanted to get rid of menda he felt that he was getting too strong and if he accepted this missions he knew that he would be killed. The mission was to help a traveler get to another village but it was a trap he had build that had multiple S ranked ninjas surrounded part of the path to kill him. Menda accepted and followed the traveler down the path. He was in on it as well and told him that they would have no time to rest they would have to be there as soon as possible. Menda was extremely exausted and they were coming closer and closer to the trap until they arrived at a man who was dressed in very bright clothing, weapons stained with blood, and eyes that were blood red. He laughed as he told menda how there was a trap set for him quickly appearing behind the traveler and slitting his throat. The continued to tell menda how he had been watching him and wanted to invite him into the bloodline that he was in that would give him even greater power. Menda didn't care how he would get into it he just wanted to be stronger. The man took him to a very dark undeground building where he would undergo the ritual to become what they called a dark jester. The ritual required him to sit on a star one limb in each star and a circle around the star. They placed blood on each limb and began to chant the circle glowing a blood red the star beginning to send spikes into mendas body transforming his mind and body. This ritual made him immortal and gave him other abilities and transformed his attitude completely he was always hungry for blood and wanted to kill all the time.
Revenge Arc: Menda left the hiding place of the dark jesters which wasen't advised due to him being a newcomer he didn't know how to control his hunger for blood meaning he would most likely end up killing anyone he came into contact with. Menda knew he would be able to fight it and went into hiding in the hidden mist village learning mist techniques that he could use a long with his new abilities. Menda then plotted his revenge on the kazekage suddenly disappearing from the hidden mist village about a year after joining he using a jutsu to spread a thick mist throughout the sand village learning how to hide his chakra and other things he killed the kazekage on in his office. Just seeing the kazekage send him into a rage killing half of the sand village including his family and leaving the mist quickly clearing after. He returned to the mist village where he lived for many years not joining to become a ninja but just there to train and master more water based techniques. he had been transformed into a jester at the age of 20 and the immortality made it so that he couldn't age. He had stayed at the mist village for around 50 years seeing around three different mizukages at the time.
Returning to Sand Arc: After fifty years had passed he decided it was time to return to the sand village. He had not planned on joining the ranking and starting over again so he instead went straight to the kazekage asking to spar him so that he could be given a rank based on his skill. He accepted and the spar only took a matter of moments before the kazekage decided his rank. All menda had to do was pull what looked like a fake bomb out of his pocket it exploding not causing any damage to the kazekage but the chakra required for the jutsu was more then half of what he had and after menda had used it he still had much more chakra to spare. The kazekage gave him the rank of sannin which he stayed for hundreds of years seeing many kazekages die he was offered the rank a few times but never accepted. Everyone always wondered how he never aged but could never figure it out and he has seen the village from the beginning and will probably be there by the kazekages side until the end. He has also been able to control his killing only doing so when given orders to.
