I suggest we add two things:

1) Member of the Month

2) Staff of the Month

The second suggestion probably isn't necessary, but it promotes what the members think about individual staff members. This also helps us staff understand which staff are least favored and why. Then we investigate and try to solve the problem, that way we don't have members sighning petitions every month.
