• Description: The user expells a small spark of fire chakra like a bullet from his finger, and when it comes into contact with anything, it explodes into a ball of intense fire 3' in diameter.


• Name: Fox Lantern
• Rank: D
• Classification: Ninjutsu
• Element: Fire
• Requirements: At least 10% of max chakra
• Description: The user burns his chakra in the palm of his hand, creating a cold, but bright fire that is useless in battle, but is useful for casting light. Consumes 10% at initial casting, and 5% of max chakra for ever 60 seconds it is sustained

Abilities of item: No special abilities.
Description of item Appearance: Three kunai attached to a 20' length of wire. They remain coiled up until thrown, which fly in a straight line, but can be moved with the wire. Once the kunai is embedded in something, the wire can either be used as a zipline or a grappling hook. Maikeru usually has them wound around his arms, hidden in his sleeves.

Right, now that i think about it, if the wire is thin enough to be able to be wound like that, it would break, and if the chakra consumption needs to be upped, ill fix it.

I did edit it, it went from 50' to 20', its still a relatively thin wire.
