History//Legend of the Clan:

Many centuries ago when the lands were united into one were the angels in the Heavens were able to come down to Earth to give hidden abilities to many Ninja’s far and wide. However, a group of Angels drank the poisonous drink that humans loved so dearly, became influenced in such a terrible deed and did what would destroy the world. As more of these hybrid Angel Ninja’s were born into the world, about three at the time, would the gods look down from their thrones in Heaven towards these new species. Gladly, these children were given the abilities to do only good; what a normal angel was supposed to do, however, this could not happen. The Group of Angels that were influenced had their powers taken away and forced to live on the Earth as a regular human being. After several years these hybrid angel/humans were able to create peace within the many nations. The gods above saw that this was good and eventually allowed angels to come down to create these hybrids.
Soon these hybrids were seen as “Guardian Angels”, these Guardian Angels were spread through all of the villages, each one obtaining a single element. However, unlike regular ninjas, these Guardian Angels can use these elements to use it in a healing manner. But these angels can only perfect three elements in the healing art. Soon these hybrids began to create more hybrids of their powers, but the powers had turned from good to bad. The gods soon cursed these hybrids and their children. Now the gods decided that every ten years on December 22nd the angels were allowed to come down and create more of these hybrids. A sickness came over the lands, killing the entire hybrid offspring. Not only did that happen but a curse came over these guardian angels. If they ever did anything sexually related, their powers will be taken away, just like their ancestors. Soon the population of these guardian angels begin to grow too quickly, so the gods decided to test these hybrids. As each hybrid was born a soul mate was also selected. In this, the hybrids would have to make a decision to whether keep their powers or to live as a human to stay with the soul mate as a lover. Temptation was what they called it. Many hybrid angels fell into the clutch of temptation and had their powers taken away. Now the population of these angels was reduced suddenly and the gods saw it was good. Now only the gods had to watch over these hybrids since now everything was in perfect harmony, or so, that is what they would think…
Currently, up to date, there is at least one angel in each village, and one Missing Ninja. Each of these angels can obtain three elements.

Kekkei Genkai//Bloodline of the Clan:

Fire - Heals flesh wounds, sometimes putting bones together.
Water - Cleanses the body's fluids.
Earth - Strengthens body.
Lightning - Numbing/Restarting Heart.
Wind - Giving "Life"

Wings created from chakra that obtains the attributes of actual wings, giving the ability of flight.

Now, I don't know if this would be considered using all five chakra types,

But if it is (and that decision is up to the mods), then the Rinnegan user is stated to be the only one who can perform such a feat.

And I don't think we're letting the Rinnegan get in.

Lmao. You only start with one element. Then yu learn the others. You don't automatically learn the jutsu's unless it is your element.

I still believe it should be limited that you can only ever achieve a max of three elements.

Of course its limited. You don't achieve all elements just from being in the Clan. The jutsu's are just jutsu's that are achievable IF you have that element.

And theres also why there's a difference of the jutsu's depending on rank.
