Requirements: Join the Kurotsuki and have Elendril make you one
Weight: about 15 pound's
Length: (Length of the person who has it on
Abilities of item:This is more of a defense. It is under the Kurotsuki cloak. It is able to take a couple of blow's to it and is able to take up to C rank Fire jutsu. This is a very powerful defensive thing for the Kurotsuki. And by putting your chakra Element it can do other thing's

This would weigh about... 20 or so pounds if it's gonna hold off small attacks. And it'd be ranked B rank. Not A.

Ahh Gotchya, Just making sure.
