• Description: Akumu will release a simple bone bullet from his fingertip(s). The bullets are abnormal though, for there pierced many time with small holes. The holes in the bullet serve two purposes. The first purpose is too simply not give the bone any air resistance what so ever as it is used. The second, and main purpose of the holes are for Akumu to send a blast of wind right into the bone bullet immediately after it was released. The wind being blasted into the bullets are concentrated directly into the small holes, this time along with the bullet traveling faster a very high pitched sound will protrude through the small holes. The sound is so high pitched that it will immediately deafen the enemy if they are within five yards. Within ten yards the opponent will start too bleed from there ears. The bleeding is simply temporary, and will act as a diversion at least, and at most it will tenderize the ear drums. Meaning a repeat of the same attack that is within the same amount of yards will bust there ear drums.
[Once the opponent becomes deaf, they will stay that way for 5 posts.]

While I like the idea, the bullet won't travel faster. More holes simply means it will decelerate slower. To get a faster bullet, you have to launch it faster.

Maybe just reword it a little.

• Description: The only real notion of Akumu preforming this jutsu is a quick bending backwards motion as if he was releasing something out of his stomach. But in reality he is releasing small fragments of bone out of all the pours around his body, as the small fragments of bone release they are coated with a small shock of lightning. Thus with the shock of lightning it releases out of the body faster. The fragments are small but can be seen when in barrage formation, although small they are very sharp. Sharp enough to pierce through steel, due to there strength being as strong as steel. Akumu may control these bones when they are air born due too there coating of electricity, until they make contact with an object. If the bones make contact with the opponent or pierce inside the opponent, the limb(s) that are hit will be paralyzed.

Make the fragments bigger. If they are only the size of your pores, they'll be invisible to the natural eye, making it a ridiculously powerful technique (given that nobody metagames your ass).

They do travel in a barrage formation thus making them visible.
