Was It Really That Hard? [P]

Her palm against her face wasn't that comfortable. Crystal leaked out of her fingers, molding a small dove sculpture, the details were very fine, the wings were large and elegant, the crown of the bird was tall and graceful. Soon, the wheel stopped turning, lifting her sculpture up, she placed it next to one that seemed to be two people, holding one childs hands. The people holding the hands of the child.. had no faces, nothing carved on them but clothes and feminine and masculine styles. The child was small, had neck length hair, wearing a white dress, swinging in their arms with delight. The child in the middle, was herself.. She never knew who her parents were. Touching the delicate features with her slender fingers, she stopped, stepped back, falling to the floor to her rear. She felt a rumble in the floor, the quick shaking and sound. Villagers were screaming, and ninja crowded to the gates, securing it. She tried to make out the sounds of their screams, and slowly, a crack appeared in the ground outside her window. Quickly securing herself while she stood, she panicked, her fingers reaching to her chest, holding her heart. Her heart beat fast, it seemed that it was going to stop any moment.

Her balance gained behind her, her weight extending out with her. The only thing dragged along with her.. was the sculpture of her family.. that she never knew.

Akumu was perched among a rooftop sitting by his Medical Monkey, Kangohei. Usually Akumu would wait for people to be weakened by natural disasters and Akumu would finish the job and be able to kill and consume them. Reason being for consuming others were for rich calcium deposits within the body, which Kaguyas needed naturally to stay alive.

Kangohei jumped to the rooftop above the girl noticing her posture imbalance, and seeing that there was an earthquake in motion. A powerful one at that for there was already small fissures among the rubble. The monkey gave a slight screech to Akumu, notifying him that there was something to look at. Akumu turned in the direction seeing that she was in danger from the earthquake. Akumu would usually wait for the opponent to die or become very weak and make his move. But there was something different about this girl and Akumu noticed that fairly quick.

"Hmm"

Akumu gestured deviously as he crouched down and pushed off of the building landing by the girl in an instant lifting her off her feet, and threw her over his shoulder. The earthquake began to get stronger and enraged with power. With the girl on his shoulder, akumu concentrated on his spinal chord, when in an instant it sprouted out of his back half way. One half of the spinal chord wrapped around the female, holding onto her so that she would not fall in his escape of the earth quake.

With the girl wrapped on his shoulder he jumped to another building as the ground began to shake once again, as he landed on the roof top, the building began to shake.

"Ahh, shit. Hold on tight little girl"

Akumu stated as he jumped forward landing on the palm of his right hand, stabilizing his body on just his single hand and pushing off of it to perform a front flup to get him off the roof, and on to the ground. But just as quick as he hit the ground he quickly hopped over the village gates. Sprinting off into the distance completely out running the earthquake into an open field where the sun was peering out of the clouds. Akumu released his tight spinal chord which was wrapped around the girl. Picking her up, and placing her down onto the ground in a suttle movement that may have been a slite bit rough.

"What are you girl"

He asked knowing that she was no regular shinobi. Akumu Grinned as he awaited her response, and reactions.

The height. The only thing that concerned her, being many feet up, her eyes closed, her body almost falling faint, wiggling in the bone-like wing he held her in. She felt grass under her feet, and dropping, she fell to her rear, her neck-length blond hair all scruffled from the flight. In her hands was still the sculpture, and soon, the material changed from crystal to diamond. The small, yet valuable sculpture was cupped in her hands. Namine stood, her feet pushing her body off the ground as she looked at him. His face.. it was no doubt he was a criminal. The insane type of face, and he wore no forehead protector. Her frail fingers pushed the stray locks of hair out of the way.

"What are you girl." it seemed almost calm at first, but the earthquake hadn't reached the hills yet. The sight of the criminal look made her convinced to run, or fight. She looked at him. "N-Namine Toketsu.. she stated gently, very shaky instead of calm.

Akumu looked deep into the girls eyes, noticing her tremble within. His monkey finally catching up, and crawling up his leg all the way to his shoulder where he rested as he watched the girl as well. Akumu turned around hearing the earthquake, for it would not get here for a while if it even was coming this way. He turned back towards the girl as he heard her begin to speak after his question, "N-Namine Toketsu.." her voice sounded almost scared for a moment.

"Are you scared Namine? You tremble as if you were looking at your own death."

Which was ironic, because that could come true within seconds. He quickly noticed the crystal like model. Hand crafted, and extremely shiny. He waited for her response wondering if she was actually scared, for she had all reasons to be scared. He started to notice that she began to figure out that he was a criminal. Hopefully it wouldn't scare her away though.

Her hands still cupped onto the diamond model, and soon, she moved it towards her chest. She tightened her grip and held it close to her heart. She noticed the monkey crawling up his leg. Her hands trembled. "W-Who are you..?" she spoke quietly, loud enough for him to hear. She then sat down, pulling out a notebook from her dress. She pulled a pencil from the top, and started to draw the image that was before her. First, she drew the structure of the man, then his face, the manical smile on his skin. She then drew the base of the monkey, and continued from there.

"Who I am is not important, your bloodline is. What is it, hmm?" Akumu questioned as the monkey slid off of him and grabbed the girls notebook taking the page out that was the picture of Akumu himself. Crumbling and ripping it up. "Tsk Tsk Namine, you know that I am a criminal dont you? Why would you draw a picture of me." Akumu looked around quickly smiling as he looked back at the girl hoping she would answer the question rather quickly.

"Speak up little girl"

"Your.. rather interesting, sir.." she almost blushed, her mind babbling with thoughts. Her arms reached out to take the crumpled picture back, her fingers shooting out the diamond at his hand, to keep it still. "The Toketsu line.. uses carbon, anything with carbon can be formed.. For instance, diamond and crystal both have carbon.." she thought that if she didn't tell him anything she could die easily. She slowly pulled her knees to her chest, drawing another picture of the landscape.

"Good, thank you for telling me. Now heres another question, do you want to die right now? Or would you rather prosper with life?" Akumu grinned not like he was gonna kill her right away, even if she fought him he did not care. Noticing her carbon based method he was a bit surprised he knew that it could be extremely powerful if used correctly. "Answer quickly or I will answer it for you, understand?" Akumu looked as if he was in a hurry awaiting her to answer he knew he needed to be somewhere and was wasting his time for this little girl, but he knew what she was capable of, and he wanted to harness that power. His eyes burning through her as he noticed her momentarily shaking hands. The monkey finally perching on his shoulder once again. The monkey saw her draw something else but would dispose of it later if it posed any threat to his hiding.

She was slow, slow to answer difficult questions, her eyes prospered with the life he wanted to have. She knew if she said something wrong, he would kill her, but if she said what he wanted her to.. she could live.. but the only concern was, where? Home, or with this manical freak? She decided. She slowly cupped the diamond figure into one of her hands, raising the other, as if to answer a question. "I.. want to live for my family." she studdered, his harsh words only breaking her apart.

"Ahh Pitty, I thought you had enough anger in you to fight me. But since you want to live, lets get a move on." Akumu said as the monkey nodded jumping off onto the ground climbing up on the girls shoulder this time taking a look at her body structure her main artery locations, and her main veins. "Dont move or make a sounds, we have to do this so you don't know where were going. mmkay?" Akumu said as the monkey cracked its fingers and applied its thumbs to the two veins located on each side of her wind pipe. As he felt the blood flow begin to slow down his tail rose above his head and shot at the girls throat for a blunt hit. The wind stopped in her airways, and the blood flow stopped a continuous flow to the brain. This shot immediately knocked the girl out unconscious. The monkey lifted up 3 fingers as he jumped off the girl and struggled to catch her head before she hit the ground. Akumu knew that it meant the girl at 3 hours before she would awaken once again. Akumu cracked his neck as his spinal chord once again protruded from his back staying connected on the inside still while the outside reached to the ground and constricted around the girl tight lifting her all the way to his back as the spinal chord retreated into his skin once again. He wore the unconscious girl like a light weight back pack. His lower back bones protruding out gripping her ankles, and his upper back bone reaching out over he eyes and forehead. Akumu than began a sprint into the wilderness bones spikes all over the inside of his arms and palms, to easily cling to the trees very swiftly as he made his way to his lair.
