Reiji's Jutsus

• Name: Water Arrow
• Rank: D
• Classification: Ninjutsu
• Element Water
• Requirements: 1 cup of water, 2% max chakra per arrow
• Description:This jutsu forms water into a dart shape and fires it at the opponent. It does minor damage as a whole, but can do up to an inch deep puncture would if little resistance is met. Up to ten arrows can be fired at once.

• Name: Liquid Satellite
• Rank: B
• Classification: Ninjutsu
• Element Water
• Requirements: 5 cups of water per orb, 5% of max chakra per orb.
• Description: This jutsu collects water together into spherical orbs about 3" in diameter, and has them orbit around the user until used. The user can control these orb's shape and movement, and can be reused.

• Name: Tempest Stream
• Rank: B
• Classification: Ninjutsu
• Element Water
• Requirements: 1+ gallon of water, 15% max chakra
• Description: The user swallows a large amouth of water, then forcibly expells it from their body, creating a high powered blast of water that will do enough impact damage to break a rib or two, and push anything it comes into contact with away.

• Name: Water Clone (canon)
• Rank: B
• Classification: BuushinJutsu
• Element Water
• Requirements: 50+gallons of water, 15% max chakra
• Description: This jutsu creates a perfect doppelganger out of water. This copy cannot use Jutsu, and if they use weapons, they lose the water they are made out of, shrinking in size relative to the size of the weapon. They can talk and move normally.

• Name: Frozen Body
• Rank: B
• Classification: Ninjutsu
• Element: None
• Requirements: 20% of Max Chakra, physical contact with opponent.
• Description: The user does the required handseals, then tries to make physical contact in any way they can. If they succeed, the sense of touch is nulled to a point where they cant feel the ground they stand on. If prolonged contact is made, the user can stop the opponents body from moving. Either effect last 10 minutes (2 posts) after they are inflicted.

• Name: Gale Palm
• Rank: C
• Classification: Tai/Ninjutsu
• Element: Wind
• Requirements: 5% max chakra
• Description: The user opens their palm flat, and does a fast forward thrust, letting their chakra grab air and propell it quickly forward. This jutsu has great force behind it, and can deflect small ninja weapons.

• Name: Wind Fall
• Rank: D
• Classification: Ninjutsu
• Element Wind
• Requirements: 5% max chakra for initial casting, 5% for every 60 seconds sustained.
• Description: The user uses their Chakra to create a cushion of air between their feet and whatever they are standing on, eliminating their footprints and allowing for faster movement and higher jumps.

• Name: Gale Cutter
• Rank: C
• Classification: Ninjutsu
• Element Wind
• Requirements: 10% max chakra
• Description: The user sweeps his hand in an arc, creating a crescent shaped wave of air that slices anything it comes into contact with. Although it initially moves in the direction the user is facing, it can be controlled up to a certain distance. The longer the distance, the less control. Control is totally lost after 50'

• Name: Mist of memories.
• Rank: B
• Classification: Genjutsu
• Element Water
• Requirements: 20% of Max chakra. Opponent must make eye contact.
• Description: After the user does the handsigns for it, if they can make eye contact, the opponent begins to see a mist, and where the user was they will see someone dear to them, often those deceased. The user of course is not there, but it offers a distraction to attack.

• Name: Song of Distortion
• Rank: B
• Classification: Genjutsu
• Element Wind
• Requirements: 20% of Max Chakra. Opponent must hear the song.
• Description: The user starts to sing an odd song after doing the handseals, and if the opponent hears it at all, their vision starts to blur and their hearing randomly increases and decreases. This genjutsu's effects only last 60 seconds.
