Returning to Iwa

As Zen and leave behind the land of fire and finally enter into the outskirts of the land of Iwa Zen stops. He looks around the area for possible danger and walks over to a rock to rest. He looks up at Natsu. Lets take a break. We're not far from our village now. The land looked like flatlands with little grass in the particular area they were in. Zen looked up noticing the various differences of his land of Iwa compared to the land of snow and the land of fire. Taking the goggles off his head he cracks his neck trying to determine who the woman was who got away.

It was early evening and the sun could be seen going down slowly over the horizon. A brisk wind blew as Zen ran a hand through his hair. Are you ok? He asked this to Natsu as his thoughts remain focused on the enemy. His eyes, now normal looked in the small bag that he carried. He opened a scroll slightly peeking at it before rolling it back up and putting it away.

Zenaku and Natsu had crossed the borders of the Land of Rock. Natsu was just some steps away from her home. 'So close...' Zenaku looked around and then walked to a rock and rested on it. He said that they should take a break and Natsu let herself fall on another rock which was nearby. Natsu's skin welcomed the sun rays which were shining on her. Her body was exhausted and she closed her eyes just to rest a bit.

She didn't want to fall asleep, but it was already too late. The girl fell asleep on the rock, her chest regularly going up and down as she was sowly breathing. She hand't slept since that incident in Konoha and using up her chakra in order to travel fatser had powered her out. She needed that sleep. However, her dreams weren't quite peaceful. Blury visions of monsters chasing her, weird looking women who turned into men and were laughing in an insane manner. Her dreams were unpleasant but her face was looking peaceful on the outside. After all that fatigue she couldn't even move her face muscles.

A couple of hours pass and Zen looks over at Natsu sleeping as he rises cracking his neck. It's time. He takes out a sheathed sword and drops it on the ground. Walking towards her he begins to unleash a large amount of chakra. The animals in the area begin to scatter and run. He yells loud enough to wake people miles awayWake up Natsu Sairento!

Jumping back a distance he lands in front of a tree preparing for her response as he begins to form katas. He holds the final hand seal and waits...

Someone was shouting her name. A hardly hearable 'Natsu Sairento' could be heard and Natsu slowly opened her eyes. For some reason not even one animal was there and she could feel an incredible amount of chakra. She stood up and saw Zenaku walking towards her. ''What's wrong.'' she said, looking at Zenaku. She noticed that he was doing handseals. 'What the...!' she thought and jumped back some meters. ''What are you doing?!'' she asked, obviously disturbed and angry that Zenaku would attack her.

Zen grins engulfed in pure blue chakra as the area surrounding him looks dark in comparison. He cracks his neck looking at Natsu get up obviously agitated. Dropping his hands to his side the aura surrounding him begins to lessen a bit as he speaks. Ah, so you're awake? Relax a bit. Know that if i wanted to take your life i would of done so while you slept would i not? I needed to get you on your feet. Before we return to Iwa I wish to test you for myself.

He looks at her then to his bag remembering his mission orders then back to her. Although i've seen you attack that monster at the prison, and i've seen your desire to fight in konoha. I've yet to see your abilities for myself. So, this is going to be a training session or test if you will to check you out. I'll be frank with you. There is a high chance that after a short recess when we return, that you'll be cleared to be going on missions again. That said, it's important that you come at me with intent to kill.

Reaching behind his back he pulls out a kunai. The blade glistens in the light of his chakra causing a slight blinding glare to flash in Natsu's direction. So, you ready?

Zenaku's stance relaxed a bit and he told her that he only wanted to test her abilities. ''Sure, let's fight. I suppose that's going to be interesting'' she said, a grin on her face. Zenaku pulled out a Kunai and asked her if she was ready. ''Always am.'' she said, taking on a hostile attitude towards Zenaku. Natsu formed a handseal and three fire balls came out of her mouth. Then she quickly pulled out three Kunai and aimed them at the fire balls. The Kunai were now inside the fire balls.

Zenaku's eyes glared a crimson eyes as his kekkei genkai activated. He sees her perform hand signs. Moments later she releases a burst of three fireballs. He was able to see her hands quickly flash as something was now in the approaching fireballs. He proceeds to form katas.

Doton: Doryūheki!

Zen reels back spitting up a stream of mud right in front of him. Moments later a large wall of earth erupts to block the balls of fire as well as to block him from Natsu's field of vision.

Before Zenaku a wall of earth rose, blocking the fire and the Kunais. He also couldn't see Natsu because of the wall. Natsu quickly formed a handseal and activated the next stage of her Kekkei Genkai. Then she jumped high into the air, towards the wall. While in the air, she was making some hand seals and then she landed softly on the wall. Natsu saw Zenaku and spit towards him a white mist. Then she jumped away from the wall high over the mist and Zenaku. Natsu made another string of handseals, and she spit from her mouth a jet of fire, into the mist. The mist exploded.

As the mud wall rises something lands on top. Zen looks up seeing Natsu blow something towards him. On reflex alone he pivots jumping to the left of the large wall as Natsu jumps into the air. High into the air. He reels back spitting a stream of fire at the odd mist. Looking on Zen watches to see the fire hit the mist causing a large explosion.

Zen feels the shockwave from the blast hit him as he recovers by grabbing a tree branch leaving a small cut on his face he takes a bit of blood on his finger. Looking up he see's Natsu descending from her jump and forms multiple handsigns as he drops down to the ground.

Kuchiyose no Jutsu! Golem Summoning! Iatos!

Zen slams his hand to the ground as a large entity appears in a cloud of smoke make of dense rock and wielding a powerful sword. The rock man looks back to Zen as he casually points to Natsu. It turns around cracking the ground with each step rushing towards her. Zen begins forming katas.

Katon: Kibaku Kyuutai!

He holds the orb of fire in his hand waiting to attack.

Zenaku escaped the blast. 'Hm..' she thought as she landed on the ground. Zenaku shouted Kuchiyose no Jutsu! and a giant Golem appeard that started running towards Natsu. The girl quickly formed some handseals and a dragon head out of flames appeard, and flew directly at the Golem. Instantly, Natsu jumped high into the air, over the golem and spitted again a dragon head on him. She then landed some meters behind the Golem.

Zen glares at her firing a huge blast of fire in the form of a dragon's head. He focuses on her dragon head hurling the large ball of fire he was holding in his hand at her attack hoping the splash radius of his attack would stop hers.

Iatos stops watching her flip overhead and runs towards the girl and she released a giant dragon head of fire at him. Iatos being a tactician jumped to the side yelling.

Mikazuki no Mai!

It divided into 3 different copies of the giant. One remained in the middle while the other two dashed off to the sides. The center one took her attack head on vanishing as the other two quickly close in on her from her left and her right. Zen throws a kunai with tag to stick in a tree behind her and waits.

Natsu's fire dragon got destroyed by the fire ball but the fire ball disappeard too. The second fire dragon hit the Golem but the golem had ceated 2 other golems out of himself and thus only the one in the middle got hit. Natsu was now surrounded by two giant golems. The girl formed a handseal. Natsu jumped forward and turned around to face the golems. Then, she formed some handseals and a large blast of wind surrounded her and spread out to the golems.

While Natsu was facing the golem as they closed in she was getting ready to make her move. She, however apparently didn't notice the kunai with tag stuck to the tree behind her. As the golem close in he forms a single kata igniting the kunai in a large blast that would send most people flying. He made sure to use one that would simply blast someone away with no permanent damage. He eagarly watches to see if interrupted whatever she had planned

The Kunai exploded and Natsu was sent flying some meters away. She landed hard on the ground, a cloud of dust rising before her. She stood up and brushed off the dust. Natsu saw the golems and did a string of hand seals. Then a blast of wind shot towards the golems.

Watching from the side Zen stood watching the explosive go off sending the female shinobi quite a distance away. She was tough. He liked that. With a surprised look on his face he witnessed her stand and go into a string hand signs unleashing an intense blast of wind at the two golem. One vanised on impact while the other focused it's weight down holding it's shield out in front of it.

Zen was outside of the blast radius as the blast sent trees and destruction flying in a straight path. He wondered how she had the chakra to keep spamming such immense jutsu. Once the jutsu ended Iatos still stood. He had been pushed back several meters but he still stood. It finally spoke. She's not bad Zen! Zen grinned and walked up beside his summon grinning. Thank you Iatos, that will be all. I've seen enough.

He next turned to the girl. Ok Natsu! That's enough, you've passed! Lets go home. He walks over to where they were resting and waits for her to respond some sort of way

The blast only got rid of one Golem but Natsu didn't have any chakra left. That last attack had used up all of her chakra. 'Guess I'll have to rely on hand to hand combat.' That thought was insane. She was up against a giant Golem and wanted to find him hand to hand. But that was just the type of person Natsu was. She never gave up no matter what. Natsu was about to attack the golem with some shuriken but Zenaku stopped her saying that she had passed. They would go home now. Natsu let the shuriken in their place.

She made a move to walk towards Zenaku but collapsed on her knees. 'Looks like I used more than I thought.' She could barely hold herself with her hands and was breathing heavily. Natsu looked at Zenaku and pushed herself up from the ground. She didn't like showing weakness in front of anybody. Natsu walked, shaking slightly, towards Zenaku. It looked like she would fall down any minute. Of course the girl was going to push herself over her limits, in order to not show that she was defeated. ''Let's go.'' she said, with a smirk on her face.

Zen watched the girl walk towards him on shaky legs barely able to walk 10 steps. His sharingan eyes seeing how low her chakra levels were. You used up all your chakra did you? Zen thought for a moment and then looked over at all the stuff they had to carry. He then turned to Iatos. Iatos! Give me a hand here will ya? The golem looked at his master only to make a single kata and vanish unsummoning itself in a cloud of smoke.
Dammit! I hate when he does that!

Sighing Zen leaned down picking up all their belongings while grabbing Natsu's arm and placing it over his shoulder. They walked towards the village with Zen never deactivating his sharingan. He kept as constant view of the area as possible as they proceeded towards Iwagakure. They walk for a while before finally reaching the village. Two shinobi wearing masks appear before them both and speak. Who are you? And what are you doing in Iwa? Zen looks up with anger. Shut up and move! I'm returning from a mission given to my directly by lord Ryusaki.

The two masked ninja look at each other then move to help out. They grab the bags from Zen and perform a few katas slamming their hand into what looked like a solid rock. The rock begins to part revealing the entrance to the Village hidden in the rock. He looks at Natsu. We're home

Zenaku asked the Golem for help but he just disappeard in smoke. The boy picked up all their bags and grabbed Natsu's arm, placing it over his shoulder. ''I can walk on my own.'' she said, as she took away her arm. She didn't like to take help from anyone. It was already bad that Zenaku had defeated her, she wouldn't accept his help, too. Natsu started walking towards Iwa, Zenaku next to her carrying all their things.

Suddenly two masked Ninja appeared before them, asking them what they wanted in Iwa. Iwa Shinobi were harsher to people who were gong to enter the Village. They weren't nearly as nice as the Konoha shinobi. ''Ah...I missed that welcome committee..'' she said, a smirk lying on her face. One of the men looked at her, surprised. Of course Natsu couldn't see that. ''N-Natsu Sairento.'' it was a statement, not a question. He quickly moved and slammed his fist into the stone, opening the door to Iwagakure. ''We are home.'' Zenaku said. Natsu slightly smiled, despondently. ''We are home.'' she repeated Zenaku's words, her voice whispering.

After dropping Natsu off at the Medical center he makes his way to tsuchikage's manor. After passing the anbu at the front he enters the office after knocking with no answer. He leaves a scroll on the desk.
