Description: Loki kneads his special chakra and spits it out of his mouth like grand fireball jutsu. But The ball of fire is Black and much more powerful then the average grand fireball. On impact it explodes and creates a large crater. Loki can control slightly the direction it moves in after it has been fired.

Description: Loki forms a few hand signs and his right index fingers glows black. He than touches a targets tongue and seals it temporarily to keep them from talking. This was made to keep loud mouths from annoying people

Description: Loki builds chakra into both of his hands causing a dark purple glow and than touches the ground. Upon making contact with the ground a very large seal is created and is roughly 200ft in diameter. Within this seal it is possible for Loki to successfully make clones that portray anyone within the seal. Each clone is a fraction of the chakra made to create the seal and once the chakra in the seal wears off the jutsu is cancelled. These clones and very unique in that they are made from pure chakra like a shadow clone but are held together by the seal. This means that whenever an attack hits a clone the clone does not immediately disappear instead the clone takes the blow and continues fighting. In the event that a clone would be decapitated the pieces of the clone explode into the bright light of chakra. The clones are incapable of using jutsus but are able to physically touch their targets by way of a weapon or physically. The clones are not capable of leaving the seal and are controlled by Loki like any normal clone would. However because constant chakra is needed to put into the clones Loki max capabilities are at an A rank of chakra he can make 5 clones that last for 3 posts. At an S rank amount Loki can make 15 clones that last 2 posts or 10 clones that last 3 posts. This seal can only be used once every 5 posts.

Description: This jutsu is taken from the unnamed cannon jutsu of the Danzou vs. Sasuke fight. After successfully touching an opponents skin Loki can place a seal on them that slowly binds the area near the seal to keep the area from moving at all. After the seal is placed the seal will take 2 posts to completely bind their opponent. The seal starts at where the body was touched and spreads. Once the seal is on the opponent it cannon be broken unless a powerful enough chakra can be focused to it like an A rank amount of chakra

Description: The delayed blast will be activated by hitting the necessary hand signs and taking a very deep breath with the hand beside the mouth like most common fire style jutsu, but hand is in a fist vs the regular to fingers up position and when the user exhales all that comes out is the hot air that makes everything in front of the user appear wavy like asphalt on a hot day. When the user has held it for the desired amount of time he unclenches is fist and seems to cough and the entire area that appeared wavy ignites in an almost explosive blast of flame. (at C rank the jutsu cant be delayed a whole post but at B rank it can be activated and held for one post but must be activated the following) Thoi covers a distance of 20 sq feet

Name: Sunaarashi no Jutsu (Sandstorm Jutsu)

Description: This jutsu is similar in use as the Mist techniques used by Kiri ninjas. The user gathers wind chakra into the palms of their hands then, waving them in a circle around them, can create a tiny storm to obscure vision on the field. The user can then move away from the storm and it will keep blowing, using a steadt stream of chakra. The name of the jutsu is misleading. It does not suddenly create sand to use in the storm. The storm is simply a funnel of wind that picks up any small pieces of debris lying around to aid in the purpose of this jutsu. The wind is strong enough to simply pick up dirt, leaves, twigs, etc. and nothing more. It cannot cause damage and is simply meant to prevent someone from seeing anything momentarily. This technique is also effective against ninjas who can find shinobi via scent. The wind will blow any scent all around the field, making it hard to determine the location of the source.

A ninja is able to note if there is something interfering with his chakra, if it is running lower than thought, etc. by the chakra in their palm.

Description: A very basic medical technique, a ninja sends chakra to cells affected with a disease or virus, destroying them and halting the progression of a disease for however long the ninja’s chakra lasts. This jutsu can halt most common illnesses in the body, but more lethal or powerful diseases, such as genetically enhanced, chakra enchanced, or cancers, cannot be halted or slowed with this jutsu.

This jutsu is often taught to Academy Students or Genin to see if they are medically suited ninja. Ninja who are able to perform this jutsu are considered prime candidates for medical ninja and are often raised as such. A common disease or virus, such as a cold or fever, is often given to the ninja, and then this jutsu is taught, so that even if they fail, they won’t die from the disease.

This jutsu cannot be used to sustain an organ longer than 24 hours with this jutsu and this jutsu does not repair a damaged organ, it only keeps it in the state it was in when this jutsu was used. This jutsu is often used to save severed limbs.

Description: While this jutsu does not completely kill pain, the ninja using it is able to focus chakra into a single wound, locate the nerves, and temporarily numb them in order to, say, successfully stitch up a small cut or “ice” a bruise. The amount of time pain is deadened and the severity of the pain killed reflects directly to the amount of chakra used. Physical contact is required for this jutsu to work.

Description: Utilizing the manipulation of wind-natured chakra, the user will use their chakra to control the movement of air molecules within the surrounding area and move them around at will. The user can easily create air currents by doing this and the force of the wind ranges from being a gentle breeze to being a sudden gust of wind that is capable blowing leaves off of a tree. This jutsu is a very basic usage of wind chakra manipulation however, and it has very little slicing capabilities. This jutsu would not be strong enough to cut through human skin but it can cut through weaker things, like paper or leaves, if the wind is condensed enough. The amount of area in which the wind can be controlled depends on how strong the wind is. If it a simple breeze than the wind can reach out to about 30 meters. If the wind is condensed enough to make use of it's slicing capabilities then it can go out to about 10 meters. The chakra used in initiating this technique is also used for manipulating this technique. The main aspect of this jutsu relies mainly on chakra control and using a specific amount of chakra to move around wind molecules instead of a constant demand of chakra. When the user of this technique breaks his/her concentration, the technique ends.

Katon • Hanjuku Tama no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire element. The ninja will first begin with a set of hand seals, storing chakra in their chest while inhaling air. They will then release the chakra and expel small spherical shaped fire projectiles. Traveling at high speeds, the projectiles pack enough power to crush small boulders. Multiple projectiles can be fired at once.

Description: A simple Jutsu in which the Medical Ninja focuses the chakra in their body by placing it along the person's chest creating heat within them. This is so then the person would not be in danger of Hypothermia, a condition in which the body starts dropping its temperature at a quick pace, and if goes untreated it might cause paralysis and even death. One must be careful for if used to long then it may warm up a part of the body which may cause fever.

Name: Ketsuki Gyouko - [Bleeding Prevention Jutsu]

Description: A simple healing technique. The user uses their chakra on their wound to make the blood there coagulate quickly. The wound still remains but the bleeding stops. It goes quickly for small wounds but larger ones need a couple of minutes to finish the coagulation. It can also be used on wounded allies.

Name: Chishio Tensou no Jutsu - [Blood Transfusion Jutsu]

Description: Loss of blood is a serious condition, and not very uncommon one in the shinobi battlefield. When a person reaches such a dangerous state, a medical nin can ease their symptoms by using this jutsu. First, the user must open up a small cut in the patient's body in order to open a vein. Once a vein has been opened, the medical nin uses chakra in order to increase the density of the patient's blood. Thus, they won't get more blood, but more red and white blood cells are created, an effect which helps fight against the ailments and symptoms of losing blood. However, this jutsu has a downside which is the fact that the user's own blood dilutes as long as the jutsu is activated, which means that basically it is indeed a blood transfusion and the user must be careful at how much blood he or she gives to their patients.

Description: A technique to use if someone becomes poisoned or seriously infected with a decease or toxin. The medical specialist uses his or her chakra to rapidly create new white blood cells in the patient's blood stream to fight off infections, poisons and other hostile substances to enter the body. Immensely strong poisons can still kill their victim but with the help of this jutsu will be slowed down enough for the victim to acquire a proper cure or antidote.

Name: Weapon Binding Jutsu

Description: This Fuuinjutsu is used to bind a weapon to a person. The ninja using this justu covers the tips of their fingers on one hand, with the blood of the person who wants the weapon bound to them. The ninja then does the hand seals, and presses the the fingers with the person's blood on them against the weapon, making a seal appear on the weapon. The weapon is now bound to the person and when the person says "Kaeru" (meaning return) and thinks of the weapon, the weapon appears in the persons hand. If someone else bounds the weapon to themselves, it cancels out the previous ownership of the weapon.
(The blood is used so the weapon will return only to the person who's blood it was originally bound with.)

By emitting a pulse of green healing chakra through the finger tips, the medic is able to relieve the headaches of any person, regardless of cause (stress, migraine, other ailments, alcohol consumption, etc.) This jutsu has no further purpose, and is above all else a training jutsu for the medical arts.
