I want to become a staff member because I like to help others and resolve problems. I enjoy helping others, and I want to promote myself to helping others.

Why do you think you’ll make a good addition to the staff:

I'm a quick reader, making it easier to approve applications, and that I am kind, and always put others before myself. I use others opinions in my own. I want to help.

What would your goals for the site be as a staff member?:

For Naruto Divinity to grow without arguements and flaming, and that I can help almost anyone on the site, and that I can be of service to anyone, as long as I'm online and not busy.

4) Skills:

1. Fast reading.
2. I can resolve arguements.
3. Putting others before myself.
4. Knowing what makes a good application, the requirements.
5. Knowing the rules.

5) Past Experience:

1. Many sites of my own that have survived for at least three months with 3000-10000 members.
2. Admin on Naruto-X for a short time, demoted to Co-Head Moderator for an unknown reason.
3. Moderator on Onegoo.

6) Suggestions/Comments: For Teika to be a moderator. She's great. =D

I recommend Fiona because she is good at the orders of members and can Check things accordingly.

Unkown reason? Talis had explained that reason, meaning that almost all the staff on NX knew why. Stop playing dum. 10000? Yea, right. That sounds more like Ingoo or US. Putting others before yourself? Wow, you've changed.

Yeh, my really old site, I put it on google and yahoo, and it was first in the search engine for Pokemon RPG for a while. And actually, Ingoo has a lot more then 10000, I believe.
I've changed? lol.

Hey I don't know what site your talking about because no rp forum site has ever had that many members 8764 members is ridiculous. Please be reasonable in these staff applications. Im not trying to put anyone down here or anything im just saying that is way too many people for an rp forum to function. If it was not an rp forum then it has no relevance and should not be posted on here. Thanks for your time.

Im not flaming. Im stating a fact that no site could run successfully with an active almost 9000 members. Maybe registered users total for a time if it had been around long enough but your not going to claim that, that many people are active. Its not flame its a statement. If you consider it flame you don't know what that is. Im not trying to insult you im trying to be reasonable. This isn't even the most appropriate place to discuss the topic I merely brought it up to begin with as a point I wanted to make to Talis before he reviewed this moderator application. If you want to call me on flame then that is your problem and im sorry you feel that way Fiona. But I still say in 100% non sarcasm have a nice day.

I'm not calling you specifically on flame. If you want to talk to me like that, PM me then. And yes, an RP forum can last with that many, it doesn't sound possible but it is.
