Moved, for discussion, this is what I'm talking about, you don't just post this stuff, without talking about it. But honestly, I think we should open, Iwa and not limit the genin amount yet.

As far as I'm thinking all 5 main villages should be open for now

I think that only 2 or 3 villiages should be open and the akatsuki should be limited to 4 members as well as the missing ninja should be limited to 6. Until we get about 75 members or so then we open up another villiage and add another 2 members to the akatsuki and make a max of 10 missing ninja. You know stuff like that until we get a decent 150 memebrs where we would then have a max of 10 akatsuki 15 MN and all villiages open.

2-3 is a very small selection. The reast of the stuff seems fine though

All of the main villages should be open, and gennin should be Unlimmited.


Akatsuki should have only 4 opening spots, not including the leader.

Missing ninja should only have a max amount of 3-4.

And for villages; the ranks higher than gennin should only be allowed with the kage's permission.

Lets do this, all in favor of what I just said, say "I", If not explain a different way and we shall agree apon it.

I'm with Null, cut down the missing nin, and open the 5 main villages, and if we have problems distributing members, we can shut one down. Though starting with 4 akastuki is almost too much, I'd say one or 2, and then let maybe 2 more people join through rp.

Allow 4 akatsuki, only if you are going too allow bijuu.

If there are no Bijuu, then 4 is not needed.

Just no Unlimited Genin for we dont want one village with like 50 Genin and one with like 4

We do need some Jounin. BUt we don't need any chunin.

2 Akatsuki if there are not bijuu/ 4 if there are

for now only 3-4 missing nin not affiliated with anything

Each village can have 3 A ranks that start at that position

Each village can have 5 B ranks that start at that position

Starting at academy student or genin is up to you.

All five villages are open
