Basic Traits : The hawks will only listen to you if they believe you could be an asset to their cause. They can fly for long distances but would rather glide using thermals that rise from the ground thus allowing them to fly even farther. They have increased eyesight and are able to see a small rat up to 2 miles away.

Beliefs: They Hate Snakes and want to destroy their kind. The Hawk family respects Loki for his medical abilities. Loki makes antidotes for snake bites so they can be cured if bit. This is why they will try to protect him any way possible.

Realm; The hawk family lives at the top of a tall mountain at the back edge of lightning country. This area is hard to get up to because of the extreme winds that surround it. In a small area are all of the nests that the hawks have created. The ground is sometime littered with large rodent bones and the occasional snake skeleton.

You must post the abilities and such about each individual hawk. If not finished, its best to put up a W.I.P notice.

Kase, he's registering the family and then he most likely will post the others, it's a common thing. Though under basic traits, I would like some of the basic stuff, like flight, advance senses etc.

Personality:Rotoka is a laid back bird who doesn’t like to fight but will if he must. If he is summoned and he sees a snake of any size he will attempt to kill it in a fit of rage. He will do anything to kill that snake even if it means destroying a city or killing the person who summoned him. After a long battle he will go hunting for extremely large rodents to feast on. He also loves to just glide through air for fun but he is clumsy and someitems crushes people without knowing.

Description: Rotoka is covered with feathers which allow him to cut through the air with ease. His beak is 10 times harder then steel and it can crush a building with one strong blow. His talons can shred through solid rock. He can fly up to 1000 feet in the air and dive bomb to tear through enemies with his beak. His beak is specialized to kill snakes so he can catch a snakes neck in his beak and crush its windpipe or decapitate it.

Description: This is a Ninjutsu that utilizes the wind element. Using a fan or with the correct elemental affinity, the user can blow a strong current which will cover the surrounding area in dust. This dust will serve to loosen the footing for any opponent who walks nearby.

Kaze Ya no Jutsu (Wind Arrow Technique)
Type: Ninjutsu

Description: The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. The arrow cannot be blocked but it can be dodged. Since it is made out of wind the arrow is hard to see. One arrow shot at a time.

Fuuton Kaze no Senbon (Needles of the Wind)

Description: The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. Because the needles are made of air they cannot be blocked or deflected. The only way to ensure safety is to dodge them.

Description: This is a Ninjutsu which utilizes the Wind Element. After bringing their hands to their mouth, the user will blow a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way.

Kamaitachi (Cutting Whirlwind)

Description: The shinobi uses a fan or the correct elemental affinity to blow a concussive wind that is imbued with their Chakra. When the opponent is caught in the wind, a tornado will raise them into the air and hold them with the Chakra. The wind will then begin to cut the target like a sickle.

Fuuton - Dai Kamaitachi (Great Cutting Whirlwind)

Description: Using a fan or with the correct elemental affinity, the user then blows a concussive wind that is imbued with Chakra. This technique is a bigger version of the normal Kamaitachi no Jutsu, having the ability to cause a great amount of cutting damage to the nearby area. This blows away most normal projectiles.

Kaze Kiri no Jutsu (Wind Drill Technique)

Description: The user creates another arrow from his mouth that is fired from the mouth. This time though the arrow is in the shape of a drill, much like the arrow Kidoumaro uses in his last attack against Neji. The drill passes through stone and tree but once it hits the ground it dispels. This arrow can drill through a person.

Fuuton - Renkuudan (Drilling Air Projectile)

Description: Renkuudan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. The user inhales a large amount of air into their chest and then expels it in one large explosive burst. To strengthen the attack, they will imbue chakra into the air and then release it in large, spherical projectile shots.

Description:
A very effective defense. The user will effectively move wind and air around their body, condensing it with chakra. This allows the user to easily deflect projectiles and knock back an opponents fist or feet when attempting a Taijutsu attack. Though this is not an instant move so speedy attacks can effectively get through the defense of a weakened, slow thinking, or distracted shinobi.
The higher rank of this technique will use their control of air to form a thin layer of air on their skin for additional protection. The air is compressed with their chakra to be able to reduce a destructive amount of damage, but it takes a moderate amount of chakra to use it. This air is a bit restricting to the user's movement, though and it also makes them slightly heavier. Making the user a bit slower when using this technique.

Yes, you can create an S rank for the boss, you'll have to wait to summon it by Ryu's standards.

This is too much, just way too strong, his beak should not be harder than an insanely powerful man made alloy.
