WATER RELEASE TECHNIQUES

• Name: Water Release: Water from Hydrogen Technique

• Requirements: The Water Release
• Description: This Water Release technique is very unique, however, is easy to do. By using a little bit of Water Release Chakra, the caster can absorb the two-parts hydrogen, and one-part oxygen and create water. With each use of this jutsu you can create about five liters of water.

• Description: This technique allows the caster to control large amounts of water, with each rank of this jutsu, the caster can control an extra fifty liters of water.

• Description: This technique allows the caster to expel a thick sticky water over a field to capture the opponent in, this technique can be avoided however by focusing the chakra at your feet similar to the Walking on Water technique.

• Description: By absorbing the moisture in the air, or by taking water from a nearby source, this technique creates a clone of water which can cast jutsu and perform techniques.

• Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel as stated by Zabuza Momochi. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Even so, the target is still able to speak. When this technique is used on Tenten, she indicates that she cannot breathe, though other characters have not reported the same problem. Water clones can be used in preparation for the jutsu, which blocking an opponents attack and trapping the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.[2] Neji Hyūga was able to use his ability to release chakra from all of his pressure points simultaneously to disrupt the flow of chakra and break the prison.

• Description: After forming the needed handseals, the caster will expel water from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. The caster can control the water by riding on top of the waves.

• Description: After summoning water, a flying water current with come about and take the shape of a serpent in attempt to follow the opponent, this jutsu is usually attached to the casters hands however it can be detached from the hands as a distraction.

• Requirements: Water
• Description: After forming the needed handseals, the caster will create a large waterfall with great power, this technique at close range is very difficult to dodge and this technique is a perfect set up for the Five Sharks Attacking technique.

• Rank: A
• Classification: Ninjutsu
• Element: Suiton
• Requirements: -
• Description: This technique gathers water from the air and spins it in a rapid speed current, throwing this at a fire technique would render the said technique useless. Throwing this at an opponenent and getting a direct hit would be devistating.

• Description: This technique has the caster expel a thin very strong stream of water that has been able to cut through steel.

FIRE RELEASE TECHNIQUES

• Name: Fire Release: Fireball
• Rank: C
• Classification: Ninjutsu
• Element: Katon
• Requirements:
• Description:Endan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. This jutsu allows Jiraiya to emit a jet of fire from his mouth. While not stated, this is probably the same or a similar jutsu to the one Jiraiya uses in conjunction with Gamebunta to do Gamayu Endan.

• Description: This technique utilizes the fire element. It takes the fire chakra and shapes itself to copy the caster.

• Description: Dai Endan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire element. Jiraiya will first gather the fire into his mouth and then spew a giant breath of fire constantly at his opponent.

• Description: This technique allows the caster to expel a small amount of fire to create several fire hounds. This fire hounds will run on the command of "Ichi" and then will set out to attack the opponent.

• Description: This is the basic ability to release chakra from certain pressure points, however unlike when one uses this to disrupt a genjutsu. The caster can release it from the pressure points in his feet to make him run faster.

• Name: Water Release: Five Sharks Attacking

• Classification: Ninjutsu, Offensive
• Element: Suiton
• Requirements: The opponent needs to be underwater or ontop of water.
• Description: After preforming the needed handseals, the caster will create a shark or multiple sharks of condensed water. These sharks will attempt to attack the opponent in or on the water.

This has to go, it require samehada or a external water charka source (E.I. a bijuu)

• Description: After performing the "Water Release: Mist Entrapment" Jutsu, this technique allows the caster to set the mist on fire. This jutsu can cause extreme explosions and various amounts of damage.

• Description: This jutsu has two forms, Mist and Mist Entrapment. The Mist version is plain old water vapor that creating a distraction. The Mist Entrapment is a mist that has specific chemicals in it that can be disarmed with the "Fire Release: Flamming Mist" technique however the Mist Entrapment is impervious to fire techniques and sometimes can be devistating when the opponent uses a fireball tech.

I've watched that episode twice, the Five Sharks Attacking tech only requires a large body of water. The user then preforms the needed handseals and presses his/her hand on the surface, and five sharks instantly appear from the fingertips.

Btw, a flammable mist tech already exists, its cannon. Its only C-Rank.

Ummm. if you read the first sentence of that jutsu it says that their are two forms Mist, and Mist Entrapment. The former is watervapor and the latter is chemical and its stronger than the cannon version.

Here's the issue, it's one jutsu, at c rank it should really have one effect on it's own, not two different versions, besides that jutsu should easily be an A rank.
