With all the staffing issues, and arguments I think we need to switch around the staff set up. and let people that everyone is responsible for there actions, whether it be the staff or members.
Here's my suggested setup
Admins
-Ryusaki (Founder)
-Talis (Founder)
-Kostas (Founder, on leave with excessive computer issues)
Gobal Mods
-Their job is to check the forum as a whole and help the other areas, where they need it. They aren't better or worse than the rest of the areas, the group is simply suited to work in many areas instead of just one.
-Yuina*
-Sara*
-Masashiro*
Approvals
-These do just what their name implies they look at and approve/deny things in the creation section.
-Kaze
-Null
-Kitsuke*
Forum Mods
-Their job is rather simple but vital, they rule over arguments and look into issue in the actual rolpley; givng their tulig and opinions.
-Kitaro
-Kitsuke* (Again, if he wants both)
Techincal Mods
Their job is to work on an over see systems and rules. They along with the admins are responsible for maintaining the rules and enforcing the systems of this site.
-Elendril
*=Someone who isn't part of the staff officially but has/will offer a position most likely in the near future.
So I want opinions on this system, whether it be placement, or if you think someone should/shouldn't be on this list. Lastly if you're totslly okay with it, an approval will do.
