Personality: Echo is a very nice girl, but is slightly clumsy, and was not very good at controlling her chakra. She often fell for pranks, and jokes that her classmates in the academy would play on her. She has always hated being picked on, and wished people would treat her they way she treated them, but that just didn't seam to happen. Echo was always a sensitive girl, ever since birth, and could be easily made cry.

Over the years of rough training, and harsh missions, she has become more solid then she once was. More ninja like in a way. She has become completely solid in battle, showing nearly no signs of weakness anymore. She shows determination, and power, both in a deadly combination. She was trained knowing her abilities were going to be used to kill, and perhaps protect, and that didn't bother her one bit. Outside of battle, she can be humerus. Clingy, and sometimes annoying to others. But in battle, she is like a rock. Her past hardly has any effect on her to this day. She knows who she is related to, but doesn't act cocky, or as if she is royalty. Since she grew up without any parents, she is very self controlled, and mature when it comes to work. Keeping her house clean, and doing any work that needs to be done is not a bother to her one bit. Echo looks at life being full of tasks. In which someone has to complete, otherwise it wont get done.

Echo has smooth, scarless skin, and a slim, but not to skinny body. She has long, straight black hair, and soft, water blue eyes. Her eyes grew sharp, and fearless.

• Advanced/Secondary Skills: Echo has the unique ability to create water out of simple air. This is an incredibly powerful ability, and the only two to have ever been able to perform an ability like this is her, and the second Hokage. Echo has a mastery of the water element to an outrageous point. A mastery that is said to shorten most water jutsu hand seal counts down to just 1. Even the great 44 seal long jutsu; Water Dragon Jutsu. Echo, at her young age has achieved this kind of mastery early. Using this powerful ability doesn't use as much chakra as it looks like it does either. It takes less chakra to pull the water together then to do the jutsu that the water uses.

• Description: Echo creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. Echo can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though Echo doesn't need to keep her arm in the sphere of water. Echo can also make this jutsu form by creating a spinning water around the target, then creating a globe out of it, trapping them inside.

• Description: This technique allows the user to make it seam like it is raining in one designated spot. The rain will only fall in a 30 ft radius circle in a single spot for 3 posts. Though it looks as if it is raining in that one spot, whats actually going on is; using Echo's ability to create water, it continuously creates raindrops in the air. It does not require any chakra streaming, because the jutsu is supplied with enough chakra to last it's full duration. Though the jutsu can be canceled before then, giving Echo any chakra that hasn't been used back. Though it appears as regular rain, it is slightly altered in a way. When the raindrops hit someone, each raindrop absorbs a small amount of chakra, and feeds it to Echo. If someone were to stay in this rain for the full duration, they would lose 15-35% of their chakra. This jutsu only absorbs regular chakra, and rejects any altered chakra that could possibly pose as a threat to Echo if she used it.

• Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious. Lasts 2 posts, or if stopped before then. Capable of blocking fire jutsu up to rank B, and blocking all projectile weaponry.

• Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power, as stated by Haku. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

• Description: The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used; when used with Kisame's enormous chakra, even a dry wasteland can become a small ocean. Afterward, the excess water can be used for additional water release jutsu. In the anime, Nagato performed this using Deva Path by punching the ground with water gushing out instead of spitting out of his mouth. In Naruto Divinity, Echo performed this jutsu by placing both of her hands on the ground.

• Description: The user puts his hand on the surface of a body of water and from the tips of five fingers, chakra is released into the water, changing it into the form of five ferocious sharks. The sharks circle the target with high speed, creating a raging stream that takes away their prey's freedom of movement and their sharp teeth tear into the enemy with each consecutive attack. In the anime, these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy.

• Description: The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra-mixed water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few meters, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channeling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited.

• Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the caster's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. That said, the amount of water used will be in proportion with the caster's skill. This jutsu needs forty-four hand seals, the highest amount of hand seals necessary to use a jutsu shown in the series so far. However, Tobirama Senju, and Echo Senju were able to produce one with only one hand seal. This is a skill that Echo spent years training to perfection. To achieve such power with this jutsu at her rank was thought to be impossible.

• Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out is in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defense without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skillful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. Tobirama Senju was able to produce one without a preexisting water source, as well as Echo Senju.

• Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications.

• Description: This technique allows the user to make a spiraling vortex of water from any large body of water. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can control the direction the wave goes. Tobirama Senju was able to use this jutsu without any body of water, and instead showed a huge display of power, creating all the water this jutsu uses in the air. Acho is also capable of doing such a thing, but in a smaller form for her current rank. (B Rank). (A rank being the actual full size at Jounin+)

• Description: This is a jutsu which creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for things like training and relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

Birth

Echo was born not knowing who her actual parents were. Upon birth, she was left in one of the alleys of the back streets of Konoha, where an ANBU found her. The ANBU immediately grabbed her and took her to the Hokage. The Hokage placed her with a foster family, until she was old enough to enter the ninja academy, The kage saw something in her as a baby, a special skill that will most likely be locked away for a long time. Echo grew, and lived with that family until it was time for her to enter the academy, and start living on her own as a premature ninja, due to orders from the higher up.

Echo's first day of class in the academy made her a little nervous. She noticed she was getting a lot of stares from her class mates. When she approached one of the male students in the class, she tried to introduce herself, and shake the males hand. Unexpectedly, the boy smacked her hand away, and began walking away. As he walked, Echo heard him say "Don't talk to me, freak". Since that day, she has been picked on, and bullied by a lot of her classmates.

Once incident that stands out from the rest. One of the more advanced students kept tugging on Echo's hair, and messing with her in hurtful ways, during the beginning of the class before the sensei had arrived. Echo was sitting in the second row from the back, as far as she could to the side so no one would bother her, though the advanced student was the one who sat in the last row behind her. The boy managed to push Echo to a point where she got up quickly and turned around to ask him to stop, but with a quick reaction, the boy pulled out a mini Kunai, hidden under the desk, and slashed at Echo's arm.

Shortly after this incident, Echo was taken to the hospital to get her arm fixed up. When the doctors there looked for her in their database, no names came up. It was as if she didn't exist as a ninja. Knowing she was actually there in front of them, and had been in the village for a while, they took a blood sample from her wound before healing it up, and scanned it. To their surprise, her blood type matched the blood of a Senju. Not directly related to the 1st Hokage, but lined up with Tobirama. The second Hokage. What had happened sent everyone into a confused state. How in the world did she end up with the last name Saffron, and in the position she is currently in now. This news was instantly reported to the current Hokage. He immediately replied telling them to lock away her data, making them unaccessable to anyone, and everyone without direct orders from the Hokage himself. He had something special planned for her it seemed.

Days later, Echo was visited by the Hokage himself in her own home. He had a long chat with her, telling her what he had planned for her, and Echo accepted. For years, Echo trained under the Hokage as a special ninja. A premature "weapon" of Konoha. She was quickly promoted to Chuunin through her training, and was very talented for her rank. Over the years of training, she grew much more mature, and battle ready. She had became a true ninja. More then just a true ninja, an important ninja in the village. Though many did not know of her, and no one outside of the village knew of her, she felt good about it. It was finally her time to shine.

Everything looks fine. I like the trick with the personality slashed out and how it changes, very creative.

I feel a little pushy but her personality only covers one aspect, I feel like she isn't complete personality wise at 16 I'd think she might be slightly deeper.
