Personality: Nobunaga is not completely evil and but has it in his heart to destroy everything that gets in his way. But he is not one of insane killers that kills for no reason. He only kills when he needs to. But even then that is not for sure depending on his attitude for the time being. He is also not very forgiving. Failure is not an option in his book. Though he wasn't like this in the beginning. At first he was kind and caring person, dedicated only to the preservation of his village. Things began to change when others and his teammates started to have scorn and resentment for him being a Uchiha. This eventually led to his slight insanity breach that left 3 people dead. Forcing him to leave the Leaf village. After a couple of years Nobunaga returned to the village, but not for peace.

No one ever proved it was he that did it, but his crave for power was now at an extension of his mentality. Friend and foe, the thin line between them were becoming ever so thinner, but his control over himself was never deterred. It was only that people that stood in his way of true power would soon be removed. Oda tends to make allies to those that help him in his own right, even if it means in protection of his village it doesn't move him even the slightest. He has taken up a new hobby of reading which calms his somewhat evil looking appearance. It does him great wonders right before a battle and is one of the reasons he is a great strategist, something he takes credit for ever so often.

Nobunaga usually wears his light black armor with a red cape going downwards towards his legs. Black boots with a steel toe at the end of each for added damage for Taijutsu fighting. He has long straight black hair that is worn up in a bundle in the Japanese tradition. He has the Leaf headband tied to his right arm which is sometimes hidden behind his red cape when moved over his body. He has defined handsome features and is very muscular due from hard training over the years.

Bloodline Information

Kekkei Genkai: Sharingan

• Description: The Uchiha clan were one of the founding noble
families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be descended from
the Hyuuga clan who possess the bloodline of the Byakugan eye. Because
their clan possessed the Sharingan or "Wheel Eye," the Uchiha excelled
at being able to read and fend off attackers. This made them prime
candidates to help found the Konoha Military Police Corps. The
organization itself would go on to incorporate the Uchiha fan symbol
into their official logo. Select few members of the Uchiha clan possess
the ability to activate the bloodline Sharingan eye. This doujutsu (eye
skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu
and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being
performed and see the tricks and movements required to be able to
complete it. However the clan member can not copy techniques which are
unique to another bloodline. It also gives one the ability to cast
jutsu techniques only possible by possessing the eye. The clan itself
is known for their ties to fire. For a clan ninja to be seen as an
adult, they must be able to utilize a Katon (Fire Element) jutsu such
as Goukakyuu no Jutsu. Thus is the tie between the manipulation of fire
and the mind of an Uchiha member.

• Physical Traits Changes in eyes
• Ability Overview Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said
to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the
Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to
read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the
clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly
memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including
the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member
cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the
clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical
requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though,
as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow
them to harness their full potential.

Description: Nobunaga will first activate his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan in his left eye. With this technique he is able to summon a wave of golden like dust substance. The golden dust floats in the air like dust particles but whatever it touches dissipates and begans to break it done molecule by molecule into nothing. The wave of the golden like sand substance would destroy any solid, gas, or liquid substance in its way, able to make anything turn to ash. With harsh concentration Nobunaga is able to control the movements of this golden dust, to where he could shape it to almost anything he wanted. The speed of the dust is indeed very fast, being able to use the wind currents to its advantage as well. Escaping this technique is next to extraordinary, unless one person has a S ranked sealing technique.

Description: The Sands of Time is an extremely powerful Genjutsu utilized by Nobunaga. When he activates his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan in his right eye, Nobunaga's body will then begin to sparkle in small specks of gold and white. The moment his opponent looks at his body or eyes, the opponent will be caught in the Genjutsu. This Genjutsu unlike the Tsukyomi does not cause any pain of any sort. The full effect is that when the person looks upon his figure, time will slow down for them. To them it will seem as if the person has now gained double their speed and their own reaction time is slower by double. This jutsu lasts as long as the enemy comes into 20 feet of Nobunaga. This puts enormous strain on Nobunaga's eye, but with his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan he can maintain this for a long time.

Name: Sekiha Tenkyoken (Chaotic Implosion/Explosion)

Description: This is Nobunaga's most powerful eye technique in his arsenal. And the most chakra draining. But for good reason. After activating his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan in both eyes, Nobunaga can pick any spot where he wants and generate a giant golden orb. This orb is pure Kinetic energy and will generate tons of raw power. With the power to implode and explode given to whatever he desires. With the implosion technique, it can suck in anything within a 50 yards radius with pulling winds that could match a F4 tornado. Anything that even comes close to the orb of energy could be paralyzed or could die from the discharges. With the explosion technique it would take up to about the same as 100 yards radius of pure kinetic destruction. Using his eyes he would stop the charges from harming himself. But at the same time exhausting almost all of his chakra in the process. The chances of escaping this are slim to none. But some who are gifted might be able to find a way out of this, but not without succumbing to lots of pain. (2 posts)

Kyogi had been waiting for this opportunity to arrive. The time where the Chuunin would make a fatal mistake. The boy had turned back into his two tails where he was pretty much still guarded. But then he completely left the his guard down by taking off the Gobi's chakra cloak completely. Though no one could see due to the mist. Kyogi using his increased hearing took full advantage of the situation before Naizu could act. One of the clones Shushin 4 yards away from where Genkou was, and Naizu was now walking towards. Making a series of handsigns one clone yelled out, "Raiton, Denkō Shō no Jutsu!" A large barrier of lightning began to erupt around Genkou. Cutting himself away from Naizu before he could reach him. Then in the sky a being of terrifying proportions appeared. Coming from the body of the clone itself. A bird from what its shaped showed. But the bird was humongous. It opened its wings right above the barrier's top. The reason Kyogi created it was he feared Naizu would interrupt yet again before the poison could take full affect. So he captured Genkou in this terrifying cage of destruction. If Naizu interrupted the barrier in any way. The bird would crash down and kill him and Genkou. It didn't matter if the Chuunin died or not. He would still hunt the Gobi down regardless.

But Kyogi was not a man of one move plans. His other clone who wasn't as close as the others were. Also was making a series of handsigns. But as the clone was doing that Kyogi snapped his fingers, whispering to Hiyo who was at his side. "Take care of the clones." Kyogi disappeared within the mist. Using a techinque of his, Kyogi projected his voice only a to where Naizu was. Appearing only a few feet away from the Mizukage. "I know you cannot see me Naizu. But I can see you. In a sense. But few feet in front of you lays a barrier of powerful proportions. If you interrupt it. Genkou will die. The boy is out of chakra from coming in and out of transformations like that, and performing that very powerful technique. And also his body is deteriorating slowly but surely from the poison. If you don't want to end the boys life so painfully. I suggest you don't interfere. Or the boy will die. Surely. But if you do. The moment you touch that barrier. That enormous giant bird you see before you. Will dive down and incinerate him. Your choice. So please do not obstruct in this battle any further. Unless that is. You want to do battle with me." The Hokage spoke to the Mizukage. Bold words, words that had ill meaning to them if they weren't taken lightly.

Hiyo had by then opened his mouth and shot a barrage of needles to the clones looking for Kyogi. Using his superior senses he found them all out and directed Hiyo to their positions. Destroying the clones. It was also time for the rest of the plan to come into play. Using his augmented voice the Sandime bellowed to all around the area. "Now." Ebinu, Oza, and Obura began racing towards Genkou's location underground with great speed. Everything was set. The boy would fall any minute. If he moved further he would only set the poison up faster. Death or victory could only be the cause after this. Kyogi began to laugh manically. Projecting his madness through the shroud of mist.

History:

Academy ARC: Nobunaga was born in the Hidden Leaf Village. His mother and father were one the more respected members of the Uchiha clan. As seen from his upbringing he was an excellent fighter. So his parents sent him to the ninja academy to hone his skills and make him even greater. He did not disappoint them. After years in the Academy it was apparent that he was a natural born fighter and he graduated the Academy with honors. He is now Genin proving his worth as a ninja.

Genin ARC: Mission after painstaking mission. Nobunaga completed without fail, even though most of his missions were trivial amongst the citizens of the Leaf helping them out with even the most tedious tasks. But he did them nevertheless and he was quite popular for it was well. He was put on a team with respectable members and they got along fine enough to progress their missions and such. After going on countless D and C ranked missions they all requested a higher ranking mission to their sensei. So their sensei got them a B rank mission where they had to protect a Daimyo on his journey to a neighboring town for an important meeting dealing with the problems with bandits. Ironic enough they ran into a group of them who had ambushed the company everyone defended themselves but were unable to defeat them except their Sensei who flawlessly took out all the rebels. They completed the mission soon after.

But Nobunaga noticed the big gap in powers between him and the world. He noticed just how weak he was compared to others, especially his teammates who began to take notice in this gap. But after a years worth of being a Genin it was time for the Chuunin exams. Difficult and arduous as the tasks were Nobunaga proved himself worthy and was promoted to Chuunin with flying colors. At the expense that his so called friends shunned him because of his abilities as a Uchiha. So Nobunaga then began to stop being so opened with other people to avoid situations like that.

Chuunin ARC: People were beginning to see just how powerful Nobunaga was going to become. His appearance was drastically changing from handsome to kind of deadly handsome. But he was also becoming very dark in his personality. Usually a very open and charming, was now somewhat distant and dark. This was probably due to the many harder and difficult missions he was now taking. Alot of blood had been shed by his blade. And the mental affect was taking its tole. It was highly unnecessary for so much blood to be shed but it needed to be done to keep the safety of the village and any other being. After being elevated to the prestigious rank of Chuunin Nobunaga was bound solely to the commitment to his village. He had taken a team compromised completely of Genin. And he was a great leader. They went on many missions and completed them flawlessly.

And his first team grew up over the years together and they too became Chuunin like himself. Over the time the Hokage watched his prowess and was pleased to see that he was exceptional on all levels. Leadership, power, and strategy was all apart of Oda, and the Hokage liked that. So after his final mission as a Chuunin he was promoted to Jounin and was given another team as well. He was well on his way to acquiring true power.

Jounin: Nobunaga was a powerful shinobi indeed. After training for years he had finally gotten the power he so long sought for. But it also came at a price. So many friends lost in his struggle. So many betrayals its was sickening. He had endured to many hardships to be the person he once was. But the hardships made him stronger, into the respected Jounin he is today. He's on his path to making a name for himself. And for his village. It was indeed this time where he really began to think about what he wanted to do with his life. The protection of his village, or the power that so manifests within him, waiting to grow. That power turn full blast after he had a breach of insanity. Killing three people in his quake, one of them a very close friend, he felt much sorrow about but had achieved a great power in the end. The Mangekyo Sharingan. He fled the village and had started finding other ways to increase his powers. Because the Hokage had sent some of its best after him. So Oda returned to Konoha one day under disguise. And battle one of his old teammates who was like a brother to him. And took his eyes. Now he had the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. The Prodigies of Uchihas soon sought him out. Where the rest of his story begins.

On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

Description: This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Description: A skill where the user calls upon static electricity from the air and channels it through their own body. This static electricity can be gathered within a particular part of the body, and only released after touching another object/person. Normally the user would channel the electricity to their fist, yet that does not have to be the case. Once the user touches an object/person with the charged body part, it will channel the electricity through it. If a person is the target, it can cause them to momentarily become numbed. If an object is conductive, they will become electrically charge (Thus making some metallic projectiles, or weapons, deadlier.)

Description: A skill that is normally used after a Lightning jutsu, to add a thunderous effect. Description: The user gathers chakra within their arm as it begins to spark with electricity. The opponent will be slightly numb, however, no further jutsu can be used from the user. Lasts for a maximum of three posts.

Description: A skill that is normally used during the midst of a rain storm. The user will send forth a lightning bolt from their hands, that will be channeled through falling rain drops. When hitting the rain drops, the lightning will separate and scatter, turning into many smaller lightning bolts. Which all are concentrated towards the opponent, to shock them from multiple directions.

Description: Sends a Lightning-created dragon to smash into the opponent, sending forth an incredible shock through the opponents body that can leave their entire body burned and temporarily paralyzed.

Elemental Ninjutsu, Raiton, Offensive, Ranged, B Rank
Description: Brings forth lightning that is compressed into a ball. This ball of lightning sends forth shots of lightning that spin through the air (and have slight drill qualities allowing the shot to partially get into the opponents body), giving them a powerful hit. This jutsu is dangerous and the drilling effect may turn into a pierced body.

Description: Lightning emerges from the user and swirls about as a large tornado shaped like a dragon, capable of heavy hitting and shocking an opponent even if it passes by and discharges. This jutsu is able to destroy the land as it passes by due to the spinning effect it has. If it just barely misses the lightning will still strike him causing him to become numb.

Description: A lightning jutsu which harnesses a lot of raw lightning power. The main power of this jutsu is creating long extensions of electricity from the hands. Swinging them around, it tears through the surroundings and creates a massive wave of destruction, leaving the area in a state like if torn up by a tornado.

Description: A skill in which the user gathers lightning chakra into their own blood, and summon forth a great being of Lightning. This large bird created from Electricity, will flow before the opponent and create a powerful barrier of lightning around them. The beast will then gather up electricity off a large concentrated blast of electrical energy down through the top of the barrier. If the blast does not hit the opponent, the force of the blast will flow outwards and send the opponent into the electrical barrier causing damage.

Description: By wrapping his body in a layer of Lightning chakra, Nobunaga can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power. While using this technique, his reflexes are comparable to that of the Fourth Hokage, making it difficult, if not impossible, even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. By combining this armor with the Body Flicker Technique, he can even dodge the Amaterasu at a split second, as well as Jūgo's Cursed Seal Chakra Blast at point blank range. His strength is also heightened enough to make his strikes cause enormous amounts of damage to whatever they strike. The armor also increases his defense, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks as even a direct Chidori was barely able to pierce his chest.

Description: This jutsu channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal to humans. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces. As shown against Killer Bee, Chidori can also be used to simply give the opponent a large electrical shock without cutting them.

Description: Nobunaga reshapes the Chidori in his hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Chidori Senbon can become even more effective by using it together with the Sharingan, allowing one to precisely shoot for the enemy's vital points.

Description: A variation on a regular Chidori, this jutsu allows the user to generate lightning chakra from his body, instead of concentrating it in his hand. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead only paralyzing its victims. By sending the current into the ground Oda can stun opponents from a distance. The blade however can be swung in order to cut things as well as cause fatal injuries.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks, but more concentrated. It is said to have gained its name after Nobunaga split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is more focused and blue. He can now use it 6 times a day.

Oda has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter. Oda can create the Raikiri without the use of handseals, and he can also create them in both hands.

It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Metal Projectiles though easily pass through this. This shield lasts for a maximum of two turns.

Normally it is used to deter the opponent from continuing their Taijutsu attack, but can be used offensively to send an opponent whom prefers close range a good distance away because of its spinning force.

This jutsu lasts for a maximum of two turns.

Description: This genjutsu requires the Sharingan and eye contact to be activated, but attempting to use it costs no chakra. Only when the genjutsu is activated is when chakra is lost by the user. The illusion traps the victim in a dark empty space where their body is made of paper that burns from toe to head while the user is watching. The purpose of this jutsu is to use the target's vision of their new form to reduce his/her dexterity, making it harder for the victim to battle or perform hand seals.

This jutsu was initially made for spying purposes because once the clone is dispersed, the user and any other clone of his will get all the information gained with that previous clone. Description: Bakuretsu kage Bunshin, is yet another kinjutsu derived from its original jutsu, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. After creating it, the clone can detonate himself and explode in combat, taking anyone immediately surrounding it out. When used in close combat, without the enemy noticing, this technique can be quite deadly.

Description: This jutsu is even more powerful then the Kage Bunshin ability, because the Tajuuu Kage Bunshin literally means Multiple Shadow Clones. The user can create multiple shadow clones, using less chakra needed then in the regular Kage Bunshin. All of them being able to attack, and do the same things the user can. However when struck, they will burst into smoke. The clone conditions are exactly the same as in Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, except no extra chakra may be granted to them
