Abilities of item: Using about 1% of Naethyn's chakra a year, it bends the way the Light Release effects Naethyn's eyes, because when using techniques like his Flashbang technique the light is very hard to avoid, in a quick distance. These sunglasses basically have the ability to protect my eyes against pure sunlight, protecting myself from going blind in any situation.
Description of item Appearance: The appear as though they are regular sunglasses.

• Name: Water Release: Creation of the Oceans Technique

• Requirements: The Water from Hydrogen Technique, and Water Manipulation
• Description: This jutsu uses the parent's Water from Hydrogen and Water Manipulation to an extent that no one can believe. By taking about 200 liters which weighs about 202 kilograms, the user turns it into a thick flat sheet of water, and slams in down on the opponent, this jutsu covers about a 10Meter radius area. This jutsu uses about 65% of Naethyn's chakra.

• Requirements: the Katon Release
• Description: By expelling a light amount of chakra around the body (uses about 2% chakra a post) the body can ignite itself on fire and do what you will with it. This is a very useful technique when in an ice battlefield or when fighting a wind user.

• Name: Light Release: The Creation of Light

• Element: Hiton
• Requirements: the Kaodachi Light Release
• Description: This technique developed by Naethyn allows the him to create light and force it at the opponent, blidning them for about five posts. The way this works is the caster, Naethyn, will take in all the light with in a 5Meter Radius of himself, bending towards his hand with Light Manipulation. He then expel it in a widespread direction at the opponent. This light is as strong as the effect of starring directly at the sun for about five minutes.. Naethyn's glasses will block this technique from effecting him, however the glasses only come into effect when expels it and the light it near him for about half a second. This technique uses a large amount of chakra (approx. 65%) and if dodged can be deadly for Naethyn.

Please explain this further, I don't quite understand what it does. Does it just protect your eyes against light?

Meter or mile? What exactly is the severe side effect that an S-rank should have?

Could you convert the CpM(Chakra per Minute) ratio into chakra per post?

The chakra will then ignite and can be forced at an opponent. The results are about three times worse then 3rd degree burns.
Meter or Mile? What's the side effect? Using less than half of your chakra isn't exactly S-ranked worthy.

You're allowed only 2 S-ranks. Meters or Miles? Standing on Mercury and starring at the sun wouldn't just blind for 5 posts, it could completely destroy their eyes.
