Length: Spans over all of Kumo, except the tower, which only goes about halfway into the tower.
Abilities of item: The Kumogakure shield is composed of Pure Energy of both Kinetic and Dormant energies. The shield acts as an absolute barrier to protect Kumo from an Impending attack upon it, either on the ground or ranged attacks. Nothing can come in or out of the shield unless they bear the mark the Raikage. Underground tactics will also be unusuable to this shield, due to the fact it is a sphere all around the village, under and over, as an Isolated area. The Raikage an freely pass in and out of the barrier, due to him bearing the mark of the Release and Entrance. The barrier looks clear, since it's made of energy, but it's constantly in motion. If anything touches the barrier that is chakra-related, it will absorb it and throw it back twice as powerful from the Kinetic energy. If it's a close-combat blow to it, it'll deflect it and throw the force back at the person who did it. If it's a blunt attack, it'll bounce off. This shield is an X rank barrier. It cannot be used for Combat, only for Defensive purposes. This is to Isolate Kumo from the rest of the attacking world.

There are eight points in the village to keep the shield active at all times. High-chakra ninja switch places with tired ones to push their efforts into keeping the barrier in-tact. This usually happens once a day. The barrier goes down for Matiennce Once every three days for the ninja holding the barrier for some well needed rest. After that day, the cycle begins again.

The mark given to the Ninja for missions or other purposes last around 3 - 7 topics depending on how well a mission or whatever is. Once the mark is gone, the Ninja cannot pass through the barrier. The mark is called, "Mark of Return and Release."

Let's start, this needs a recharge, meaning X amount of days you must post recharging it and it will completely drain you, meaning if someone does get through you're screwed. I want the "mark" registered and placed on ninja's IC. Along with that, it would be SS rank. Thirdly, I would like to subtract points for this, as it's a huge defense and something that should be free.

Here's the deal, you have 3 months to pay 450 points, can you deal with that? I'll take it in increments if you want, and they can come from anyone in your village.

Plus would like to put a payment down? If you fail to pay the points, they will be returned and the barrier denied completely.
