Towering Meeting [ Saru and Tsuki only ]

He was letting his right palm move along the papers on his desk, searching around for a certain paper that was upon it, his black hues highly detective of what kind of paper it was. The pupils stared at the thousands of Kanjin that lay before him, reading through them to find that one damned paper. His left palm touched the paper as he slowly slid it up into his hands, reading the words that said clearly, "Meeting at Noon" in bold letters. Shifting his gaze over to the clock at the side of the wall, he only sighed some darkly. It was twenty minutes to noon, and the meeting room was in the middle of the tower. Thankfully he was also in the middle, but he didn't want to wait there so long. Allowing a gentle sigh to come through his pale lips, getting up from his chair and stretching his body out to a more easy shift. He was satisfied with getting up, after sitting for so long. His hues set along the door before shifting over to it quickly, turning the knob only to find someone else out there out of his office, as if prepared to come in.

He blinked some softly as he looked to the girl before him, seeing as she was one of his Anbu, and he noticed it was a girl from her... Features. Lets call it features. He only stopped for a moment and stood there, letting his right palm come up and tap at her shoulder. "Your a bit late there, meeting is in twenty minutes."

He had blinked before the words of the girl before him, only letting his palm move off of her shoulder and down back to his side. He had taken her hand into his own before dragging her along to the door behind her in the hallway, opening it for a round of ambassadors to appear around a very large, round table. It was more of a Conference table then the Round Table from w/e. He had taken himself down into his own chair before the others, allowing his palm to release from the girl's before they could notice. Within just another yawn of his being, he had taken himself up to begin to speak out the normal orders and the democratic stuff that had to of been kept on through the meeting, for at least an hour or so.

His motions were quiet as he looked up to her, a small smile forming along his lips as he slowly nodded to her, then down at the table before him. She was correct on the defense of the village. They are well prepared to fight for their lives, the village, and their beloved Raikage. He was known all around as a powerful Ninja, but it was nice to know his people had weapons of the sort.

"Yes gentlemen, my village is more than qualified to be a Powerful ninja village, we specialize in Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu, Weaponry, and some Genjutsu. Although my clan and some branches of it slightly inhabit it, this village does hold other clans to it."

"Yes yes, I believe Kiri would like to be in alliance with you, as long as you don't attack us."

"Don't worry, we will not attack you, unless you attack us."

"Suna as well would like this alliance."

From just his Anbu's comment's, two villages had wanted an alliance, so he had set the pile of weapons down into their sheaths and into a neat pile in the middle of the table. Once the Alliance paperwork was set before him, he had only gotten out his Quill pen and began to work on it as the others began to talk. Mainly about random taxes and ninja population. He was very, very gracious to the ANBU behind him for setting the meeting off.
